30 Transits. One phone call. Job done.
Got more than one? You don't want a single-vehicle quote tool, you want a number for the lot, a collection plan, and an invoice your bookkeeper won't argue with. That's the fleet team.
What we cover for fleet sellers
- Quote per vehicle or bulk quote across the entire fleet, any mix of ages and conditions.
- Single-day or multi-day routing depending on volume.
- Cleared funds same week, single bank transfer.
- Option to buy immediately or list on Trader.co.uk to try and get more value.

How fleet pricing works
Each vehicle in a fleet is priced individually, make, model, year, mileage, condition, on the same salvage-and-scrap model we use for single sales. There's no blanket fleet discount applied across the lot. What you get instead is consolidated logistics: one collection run, one bank transfer, one VAT invoice. The saving is in the admin and the collection cost, not a markdown on the individual vehicle prices.
Mixed fleets are the norm. A typical defleet might be a dozen Transit Customs at 80,000 miles in reasonable shape, three Sprinters with 180,000 on the clock, and a couple of non-runners that have been moved around the yard for six months waiting for someone to deal with them. The runners go to salvage or trade buyers; the non-runners go to scrap. Both sides are handled; you get a single figure for the lot.
Timing is driven by access to the vehicles and your sign-off process, not ours. We've cleared 50-vehicle fleets in three working days when the situation required it. We've also taken six weeks on a 12-vehicle job where the client needed separate site visits and board approval at each stage. The brief form above has a notes field, tell us what's constraining you and we'll plan around it.

Fleet defleet, common questions
What's the minimum fleet size?
+
Two vans. Under that, the individual offer tool is quicker. Above two, the fleet route gives you one consolidated quote, one collection run, and one VAT invoice, which is usually what finance teams need.
How is the fleet price calculated?
+
Each vehicle is priced individually on the same salvage-and-scrap model we use for single sales, make, model, year, mileage, condition. The fleet quote is the sum of those individual prices. We don't apply a blanket fleet discount, but we also don't charge collection fees that eat into the per-vehicle rate on larger jobs.
Can you collect from multiple sites?
+
Yes. Multi-site collections are common, yard in Coventry, depot in Leeds, and a few scattered at drivers' home addresses. We route around your geography. The more detail you give us in the brief, the tighter the routing plan we can provide.
How do you handle the V5s for a whole fleet?
+
We process DVLA notification per vehicle. For managed fleets where the V5s are held centrally (common in leasing or local authority operations), we work with your fleet administrator to batch the paperwork. Each vehicle gets a formal sale confirmation you can keep for audit.
Do you issue VAT-correct invoices?
+
Yes. A single VAT invoice is issued to your trading entity covering all vehicles in the collection. The invoice format meets HMRC requirements for business disposal. If you need specific coding for an ERP system, tell us in the brief.
How long does a fleet job typically take from brief to cleared funds?
+
For 5–20 vehicles: usually 3–5 working days from brief to collection, with funds cleared the same day as collection. For 20–100+ vehicles: allow 5–10 working days for routing, though we've cleared 50-vehicle fleets in three days when the situation required it. The limiting factor is usually access to the vehicles, not our side of the operation.
Do you take mixed fleets, different makes, ages, conditions?
+
That's actually the norm. A typical fleet defleet might be 12 Transit Customs at 80k miles, 6 Sprinters with 150k on them, and a couple of non-runners that have been parked up for six months. We price the lot. The non-runners go to scrap; the runners go wherever the market takes them.
What if some vans still have outstanding finance?
+
Common on leasing returns. We work with your leasing company or finance house directly to confirm settlement figures and authorise disposal. Blocked by finance is not the same as can't sell, it just adds a step.
