The people who run it
Steven Jackson OBE
Founder
Steven set up New Reg Limited in 1996 and has built the group of British motoring sites around it in the years since. He was appointed OBE in 2013.
William Fletcher MBE
Chief Executive
Will joined New Reg Limited as chief executive in December 2022, after seven years at Recycling Lives in Preston, where he moved from managing director to chief executive. He was appointed MBE in 2023 for services to recycling and social enterprise.
Anthony Sharkey
Chief Operating Officer
Anthony runs day-to-day operations across the group's sites. His background is in logistics, vehicle recycling and digital transformation, and he helped shape the instant-valuation and nationwide-collection model that Vansold runs on.
Recognition
King's Award for Enterprise: Innovation 2026
Awarded to New Reg Limited for innovation in the UK motoring market. It is the highest official business honour in the country and is held for five years. Read the story.
