Which Ford van holds salvage value best?

Does a DPF warning light reduce the offer on my Ford van?

Not significantly. DPF issues are priced in as a known and routine variable, the rest of the drivetrain value is unchanged. Enter the reg and note the fault; it won't collapse the offer.

Are older Mk7 Transits worth significantly less than Mk8 EcoBlue models?

There is a gap, 2.2 TDCi demand is lower than 2.0 EcoBlue demand in the current parts market. But Mk7 Transits with a working drivetrain still attract above-scrap salvage offers. The difference is typically £200–£500 depending on condition.
